Why is a tree a chicken?
MA Compagnie / Marc Lacourt
Why is a tree a chicken? Because everything can turn upside down, change its name, and reinvent itself!
On a white mat bordered by large blackboards, two dancers sketch, dance, and blur the lines. Here, as in the Lascaux caves, lines come to life, shapes emerge, and stories are written through movement. Imbued with the Dadaist spirit, this exhilarating choreography shatters conventions and sets the imagination free.
A chicken becomes a tree, a monster springs from a single line, a piece of furniture starts moving on its own… Dance is constantly reinventing itself, rejecting all constraints and exploring every possibility. A show where anything is possible… Until next time!
