The Saclay Plateau has undergone profound changes in recent years. To capture the essence of this area, appreciate its diversity, and perhaps renew our relationship with it, isn’t the best way to do so to explore it while paying close attention to it? Join artists and scientists on a 2.4-kilometer hike between the plateau and the Orsay campus to discover the richness of life with all your senses. During this sensory and scholarly exploration, you’ll reflect on your relationship with flora, fauna, and humanity itself, and gather insights to move beyond simply denouncing the climate crisis to taking action.
2km4_For a Joyful Ecology is a project led since 2023 by SIANA, an artistic laboratory in Essonne. It brings together artists, scientists, and local residents to explore ways of paying attention to life.
