A musical epic for six actors, *Nous étions la forêt* explores the vulnerability of ecosystems in the face of the climate crisis and prompts us to reflect on our relationship with the depletion of resources.
For her project, director Agathe Charnet set out to explore, observe, and engage in dialogue in French forests and on the Saclay plateau. She gathered insights from scientists, foresters, naturalists, activists, arborists, and forest dwellers.
